We conduct market research studies all across the country, including the city of Birmingham. Not only is paid market research a great way to get your voice heard by the brands you know and love, but it’s also great for earning some extra cash! It’s always useful to have a few pennies in your pocket, even if you’re just saving for a rainy day. Your valued feedback influences the way products and services are launches, branded, packaged, marketed, or priced – which means that our clients are able to retain their competitive edge. It’s a win-win for everyone!

Focus Groups

We carry out paid focus groups for a wide range of different brands in Birmingham. Focus groups involve a small group of people discussing a particular product or service. Usually, there will be a facilitator who will lead the session, asking questions and encouraging participants to openly discuss their thoughts and feelings. Our paid focus groups in Birmingham are always great fun, and are a fantastic way to meet like-minded people while earning a bit of extra cash!

Ethnography

This is more of an in-depth research method, where an observer is usually physically present. Ethnographic research is carried out in real-life environments: accompanied shops, for example, are where participants’ shopping habits are observed to give brands ideas for improvement, whereas in-home interviews involve a researcher coming to your home. Earning extra money without even having to leave the house? Sounds good to us!

Online studies

Of course, if you’d like to take part in an online study, you can! We also recruit for online interviews and online communities, which is where you engage in research via an online platform by completing various tasks, activities and discussions. So, you can join in from the comfort of your own home while working it around your day-to-day life.

Can anyone join in?

Absolutely – you can apply to any of our studies, as long as you are 16 years of age or older. There’s no need for any qualifications – only an interest in getting your voice heard by the brands you use and love. We also carry out market research studies with children in Birmingham, of whom we recruit through parents.
